If you are a lover of Mexican food, Rachel's Taqueria, located in the beautiful Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn is a restaurant you must visit. Authentic genuine Mexican food, which does wonders to your taste buds. I went with a large group of friends and they had conveniently seated us in the back area where the decorations and lighting made me feel like I was right in the heart of Mexico. The complimentary all-you-can-eat chips and salsa tasted amazing, with crispy fresh tortilla chips and salsa that you can eat all day.

Being a vegetarian, I ordered the Park Slope Vegetarian Burrito, a relatively cheap dinner that stuffed me to the max. For just $8.15, I was greatly contented with the quality of my dinner and impressed with the constant service of waiters who continued to refill my water and ensure we were all treated greatly.Comparable in taste to the franchise industry of Chipotle and Qdoba, Rachel's also has a beautiful bar, serving various drinks and margaritas. If in Brooklyn, I highly recommend to eat at Rachel's for a great experience.
