This guy Mr. Chini is a joke. He gambles with your money and your future. He says he has locked the rate but he is in fact "waiting" in the hope that rates will further go down and he can make more money. If the rates do not go down from what he "promised" you, he doesn't arrange for the mortgage citing one reason or the other. He is expert at manufacturing lies, swears constantly and is a cold blooded killer. You might be prepared for closing but he knows very well that he hasn't arranged the money. He has a bad reputation which I found out little later after a lot of pain. Do NOT trust him for anything but for headaches.
