If you are looking for a quick bite and don't mind lousy service (and pay for it at the end with service fee), you will be happy! As for me, when I'm at the restaurant, I don't expect the waiter to start cleaning your table while you are still eating.

Food quality is marginally better. But, service and ambiance (or, lack of professionalism) makes it a thumbs down.

While there are several great places that make great Punjabi food in the US, there aren't many that do Indian Fast Food right. But Bombay Talk is not one of them. The food here is definitely great and this is where'd I'd go if I'm in the mood for Indian Fast Food.

This time around, I tried a couple of new things apart from the usual (the Junglee Jumbo Sandwich is a must-order when you come here). They've introduced Thai food with an Indian spin. I ordered the fried tofu, and it turned out to be great. It was similar to paneer chili but definitely had a thai feel to it.

I also really enjoyed the mango shake with mango ice-cream (not sure if it's seasonal but as of May it'll now be available for the next 3 months so go get it!). I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun family outing where you can include your grandparents as well, who would enjoy it just as much.

I'm a fan. Whenever I'm in the Edison area and my family is debating where to eat for lunch, this is always the option that everyone is down for. The service is always really friendly, and I feel like we get special treatment sometimes because we're such frequent visitors. When it's really crowded, they pay special attention to us and make sure we get our table on time. They treat their good customers well.

Speaking of crowds, this is what makes the atmosphere so inviting. There is always a buzz in this area and that's why I love it. I hate going to restaurants that are empty.

The dosa and sambar are a classic and never fail to satisfy. I always get the Cheese Dosa (made with Mozzerella and NOT Paneer) and down the sambar. The management is really friendly and happily brings out more sambar and chutney whenever we ask (and for free).

We have been here many times and they never disappoint us. The food is always good, quality is consistent, and service is impressive.

Their chaats and their dosas are great. We are fans of tokri chaat, dahi puri, dahi baras, and cheese & chilly dosa. Their chole bhatura and chilli paneer are also very good.

The location is ideal. Parking is sometimes difficult but there are many close by parking spaces
    available.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is casual and relaxed. The decor of the place is simple. The people managing it are nice and very friendly. Overall I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Enjoy indian fusion cuisine in a casual atmosphere. Bombay Talk's no-frills approach to good food attracts many so be prepared for a wait on weekends (no biggie, just put your name down and go shopping in the surrounding edison area!). The variety is great and there is something for everyone's tastes from traditional south indian to Indo-Chinese food. Parents out there, this is a great place to take kids because they can eat noodles and chinese food if they're picky.
