He does not answer your calls. You never explains the process to you. All that matters for him is his commission he gets. He submits your application to some unknown third world banks which you would not even imagine in your dreams. Then to maximize him commission he changes the interest rate to higher number towards your closing. He does not hesitate a bit to cheat you. Most unprofessional, unethical person i have ever met.
