This place is just for show. Once you move in, you realize how cheaply everything has been put together. The carpet guy used the cheapest and thinnest carpet around and he "forgot" to nail the corners in properly to the strips. Nails are sticking out EVERYWHERE.
There is NO noise control or padding between apartments whatsoever. Everything is cheap cheap cheap here. They have taken the fastest and cheapest options available to make this place look good. like so called stainless steel appliance but they r just for show in realtiy they are regular apartment grade appliance decorated with peel in stick stainless steel sheet..And you don't realiz it, until you move in.
worst of all if anything happens with appliances .. and they r out of warranty.. then u have to take care of the stuff like u r a house owner.. so its like giving rent like luxury but hard work like a house owner.. so beware of these expences they don't do anything...no pest control either...
Parking lot is a big trouble too.. in weekdays.. there is a fight to find space when u got late..
so please consider all the facts and.. think about ur decision twice..
