A friend of mine took me to this place. Excellent food, good variety of appetizers. The staff is friendly and provide very good service compared to other Indian restaurants out there. The owner is always around and taking care of the customers. We ordered the Carrot Halwa and they ran out so he got them to make it fresh on the house. If you are like me and need some wine or liquor with your food then you are out of luck as this place is BYOB. But then i wouldn't mind the hassle of bringing my own just beacuse of the food.

There is a falafel place on every corner of NY but, this place is by far one of the best falafel place. Its a fast food joint but, the food is just amazing. The Pita is fresh and soft, they have variety of salad to go with falafel or shawarma. The servers are very friendly and generous with amount give you. If you like falafel you try this place out.

If you like NY style Pizza then this place should be on your list to check out. The Pizza is just amazing. Very flavorful sauce and fresh cheese and toppings which are not frozen. The place is just amazing built in an old church its huge for a pizza place or any restaurant. They have a stained glass dome ceiling which looks like a pizza pie. The place is always packed during dinner time and weekends so don't get bummed out if you have wait, its worth it. Since its located in theater district you may see a celebrity enjoying slice.
